My Story
Hello, I'm Dr. James B. Golden, the heart and mind behind Golden Global Enterprises and the Chief Academic Officer at Tarzana Treatment Centers College. My journey is rooted in a deep passion for transformative education, innovative business practices, and purposeful leadership.

With a Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University and advanced strategic insights from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program, my academic path has been diverse and enriching. Alongside a Master of Public Administration in Training & Organizational Development and a Master of Humanities, my education provides a strong foundation for my holistic approach to leadership.

At Golden Global, my vision is to challenge and reshape the standards of business development and education. As a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, I prioritize practical solutions backed by analytical thinking and theoretical wisdom—tools that have allowed me to navigate complex organizational challenges.
